Due to the Mets win in the NLDS and the Stankees loss, I did way to much
celebrating and couldn’t continue with The Block Party opus this week.
Never fear though! The opus shall continue next week, so this will give
new readers something to catch up with, especially those that read
really slow.
I’m kind of scared about the Tigers. Makes me wonder if I need to remove
my Mets plate since Detroiters have a habit of killing those they don’t
take a liking to. I’m just not in the mood to become one of many Detroit
statistics, so if the Tigers do make it to the World Series against the
Mets, I’m gonna have to hunt down a screwdriver in the garage.
Might as well start looking now, just in case.
